Stephanie Beltramini

MSc Psychology

Stephanie is a psychologist who brings deep cross-cultural experience to her work, specializing in anxiety, depression, burnout, and adjustment challenges for adolescents and adults.

🌍 Languages: English, German, French

About Stephanie

Stephanie was born in Cameroon, spent 28 years moving through African nations, and later lived and worked in Myanmar—experiences that give her a deep understanding of what it means to live between cultures. She knows what it feels like when someone asks "where are you from?" and the answer takes ten minutes. She also knows what it's like to help children adjust to yet another school, to grieve a place you've left behind, and to build a sense of home when nothing feels permanent.

She completed her MSc in Psychology with a focus on clinical psychology in Germany. She's worked in research, mental health support in post-conflict zones, and with displaced populations. That experience shaped how she works now: with empathy, cultural humility, and a focus on what's actually useful. She's not interested in therapy that sounds good on paper but doesn't translate to your kitchen table or your kid's classroom.
